We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.
Please allow up to 7 days for delivery on all shipments. We ship via Priority Mail to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, and to addresses in which UPS will not accommodate delivery.

2nd Day Service is available, but please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. Add $9.00 for commercial addresses, $15.00 for residential addresses. 2nd Day Service is not available to: Hawaii, Alaska, and PO Boxes.

January thru November: If you place your order before 12pm PST, Monday thru Friday, we will most likely ship your order the same day, or within 1 business day.

December: Because of high demand during the month of December, orders placed via kelleyskookies.com will be shipped within 2 business days, unless your order notates to delay or expedite delivery.

Residential and Commercial Shipping
Due to the increasing cost of fuel and delivery charges, there will be a $1.75 surcharge to all packages shipped to residential addresses. If you ship your items to a place of business you will be charged our standard flat rates. Please note, at-home businesses are still considered “residential” to shipping companies.

Shipping Policies
We do not accept third-party billing. All shipping must be paid thru Kelley’s Kookies.

We strive to provide you with the best shipping service a company can offer you. If you have any problems with your order, please make sure to call or email us within 3 days of receiving your package. Please have your packing list or invoice that was enclosed in your shipment on hand for reference.

Kelley’s Kookies cannot guarantee the date or time of delivery. Once your package has left our facility, it is at the delivery person’s discretion whether or not they will leave the package at the receiving party’s door if they are not at the location to receive it. We will gladly provide you with tracking information if you have any questions regarding delivery time and progress.
