Lost or Damaged Goods:

Due to the delicate nature of our products, some breakage is expected during shipping.

UPS tracking numbers are available in the event that your order does not arrive. If UPS loses your package(s) all items are insured and fully refundable.

If your merchandise is damaged upon arrival, the same UPS coverage applies, however we encourage our customers not to sign for any damaged boxes.
