• You must order at least 10 each per Gift Item.
• Order must total $500 in retail value prior to the discount rate.

Payment

All orders must be paid by cash, credit card, or check; and must be paid for when your order is placed. We accept: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, & Discover.

Pick-up Orders

Place your order at least 7 working days in advanced and we’ll have it ready for you when you want to pick it up! You must place an order to receive a volume discount rate. Discount rate is not applicable to any walk-in purchases.

Mail Orders

The total amount at each price break is the total of Kookies, therefore, not including shipping. All Shipping information must be submitted at least 1 week prior to ship date. Please include information as to whether the address is commercial or residential.

Kelley’s Kookies does not out-source. Gift tags are provided as a courtesy to our customers for each package that is sent out. Please attach all information regarding your gift messages. If you are shipping more than 20 packages, we ask that you keep your gift messages the same. Each tag will be printed and attached to the item you are sending.

Mail Order Return Policy

Invalid address returns at customer’s fault will be sent out again with a $10 fee. Packages returned at Kelley’s Kookies fault will be sent out again at no charge via 2nd Day Air. Address corrections (due to customer typo) made by UPS will be billed at $5.50/address. A Credit card number is required to submit these extra charges upon package return. You will be notified beforehand if your package has been returned and of the charges that will be made.

How to submit your Address List

You can submit your address list using the attached address form, via e-mail using an Excel spreadsheet or FAX to: kelley@kelleyskookies.com or 714-229-9486.

Your list must include the 5 following headers:

Name, Company Name (if applicable), Address, City/State/Zip, Phone Number (if possible)
